The Group Stage has finished. Below are the final standings. All teams qualify for the knockout round (American sports playoff format), which begins this Sunday, August 11. Teams will be paired together for knockout round matches based on their final rank in the group stage, i.e. first place in Group A will play last place in Group B, first place in Group B will play last place in Group A, etc.
