Achu is a food indigenous to the North West Region of Cameroon. The outer, white ring is fufu corn. The yellow stuff inside is called "achu soup." Achu is not normally served with a chicken leg though.
The Cameroon Football Development Program (CFDP) (www.cameroonfdp.org) is a non-profit organization based jointly in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Kumba, Cameroon, that uses the world's beautiful game as a vehicle for youth education in underserved areas of Cameroon. Our 2013-14 Youth Enrichment Football League is a competition that combines life skills education with football (soccer) matches for more than 150 young boys from eight youth clubs around Kumba, Cameroon.
